Coming from a creative family, Jecht has previously dabbled in painting illustrative works and partook in performing arts. Now at the young age of 28, he has taken on a new passion for capturing living art (and more talented artists) through the lens of an A6000 camera.

From humble beginnings of using an average phone camera to chronologise his younger brother’s debut band Pale Lady, to investing in a somewhat better phone, and now working at a professional level with a non-phone camera, Jecht makes it around the North Island to shoot for a wide variety of bands.

Jechtography offers a fair pricing plan for smaller music bands, with a commitment for quality that’s only matched by his love for all genres. While he specialises in live music photography, Jecht also offers press kit photo-shoots, event photography and videography.
